A Claude connector for job applications

Paste a link.
Claude applies for you.

Appwing fills out the job application in your browser — contact details, work authorization, the dropdowns AI usually fumbles. Then it shows you exactly what it filled in, and you approve every one before anything is submitted.

Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and more. You'll approve the filled-in form before it's sent.

Works inside Claude — Appwing supplies the answers, Claude fills the form.

An illustration, not a screenshot, of what Appwing puts on a job posting. A Greenhouse application form has five fields Appwing filled — full name, email, two work-authorization questions and an open-ended answer — each outlined in green. A sixth, "Which office would you prefer?", is outlined in amber and left blank. A panel in the corner reads "Appwing filled 5 of 6 fields — 1 needs your input" and names the unanswered question.
What Appwing does

Three jobs, so you can stop doing them.

Appwing is a remote MCP server. Connect it once and Claude gets the tools to apply, tailor, and keep track on your behalf.

One profile, every form

Answer the tedious questions once — phone, work authorization, sponsorship, EEO. A Chrome extension bulk-fills them into the application so Claude only handles what needs judgement.

Resumes tailored to the posting

Upload your resume once. Claude reads the job description and tailors what it sends — drawing only on the experience you actually gave it.

A pipeline that stays current

Every application is tracked with its status and history. Connect Gmail and read-only inbox sync moves things along — confirmations, assessments, interviews, rejections.

The trust gate

You approve every application.

Appwing never submits on its own. Claude fills the form in your browser, shows you exactly what will be sent, and stops. Nothing goes out until you look at it and say go.

  • See the real, filled-in form before anything submits
  • Approve, edit, or cancel — you're always in control
  • Captchas and logins are always handed back to you
  • Your resume and profile stay scoped to your account

How it works

Four steps, one approval.

Paste a job link

Drop any Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday posting into Claude.

Claude fills it in

It opens the page in your browser and Appwing supplies the exact answers — including the dropdowns and work-auth screeners.

You approve it

Review the completed form. Nothing is submitted until you say yes.

It's tracked

Appwing records it and Gmail sync keeps your pipeline current — confirmations, assessments, interviews, offers.

Setup

Connect Claude in one paste.

Add the connector once — Claude opens a Google sign-in, and from then on you just paste job links.

Add it to Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http appwing https://mcp.appwing.us/mcp

On Claude Desktop or claude.ai instead: SettingsConnectorsAdd custom connector, and paste the same URL.

Build your profile

Sign in with Google and upload a resume. Appwing reads it and asks only for what's still missing — the answers every application wants and no resume contains.

Open the dashboard

Install the extension

It bulk-fills the application so Claude only handles the questions that need judgement.

Download extension

Unzip it, then in Chrome open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and click Load unpacked → select the appwing-extension folder.

Then just say

Apply to this job: <paste the job link>

Claude opens it, Appwing fills the form, you approve it, it submits. Worth asking too: "What's in my pipeline?" · "Which applications need a follow-up?"
